So my kids have been sick on and off for about 2 weeks. First, we had the stomach bug with all its vomity goodness. That made it through Elizabeth and Lucas. Fortunately, Ashlee was spared. Then, it's the croup. Again, 1st Elizabeth, then Ashlee, then back to Elizabeth. Now, she's laying in our bed, pitiful, running a fever and I feel helpless. Fortunately, Lucas has been spared from the croup. I'm thinking it's because I've kept him pretty well doped up since the slightest bit of congestion makes his asthma flare up. Like I told a friend this morning, my kids don't get sick for months, literally months, then BAM! We're sick for 2 weeks straight. Ashlee's nose is draining down onto her upper lip again so I'd better get the "snot-sucker" a kleenex and head her way....
