Sore, but Good

Today, my hips are sore, my calves are tight and every now and then I feel a twinge in my abs. However, it actually feels good to be sore. I haven't felt this way in a long, long time.

I'm looking forward to tomorrow's run--or "jalk" in my case (half jog, half walk).

In the meantime, keep praying for my little unspoken thing. I'm sorta getting nowhere, but I feel like something's coming. It's strange, but I'm excited to see what God is about to do!
