Holy smokes this week flew by! However, I remembered many more funny things that my children said and did this week for Das Not Funny! Friday. Maybe my memory is slowly coming back. Or, maybe not.

Earlier this week Ashlee came to me with a tiny light bulb in her hand.
"Wook Mom! I founded dis!" she claimed.
"Where did you find that Ash?" I asked, puzzled as to where she would have gotten a tiny light bulb.
"I jus founded it," she stated again.
"Yes, Ashlee, but where did you find it?"
"I jus founded it. In my hand."

Lucas has been having a hard time staying in bed at bedtime. However, one night this past week, we made an exception to him receiving a consequence for getting out of bed, again.
As our door crept open Lucas peered through and said,
"Mom and Dad. I pooted and it made my butt hurt."

Baby Girl's newest game to play is peek-a-boo. However, she's got it a little wrong. Instead of covering her eyes, she covers her ears.
I don't blame her.

Elizabeth and I headed out this week to run some errands. We stopped by a local fast food place to pick up a "snack" because a pregnant lady and a 5 year old have no business shopping hungry. Especially if there is candy within arms reach.
As we enjoy our Jr Cheeseburgers she looks at me and says, "Mom. This has GOT to be the best cheeseburger in the whole world."
Wow. That's some pretty low standards little girl. Pre-tty low.

During the above mentioned excursion Elizabeth was convinced that she was getting a prize for helping me shop. We visited two different Dollar stores in town and she picked up on the fact that everything in each store was a dollar.
"Can I get that jewelry? It's only a dollar!
Whoa! Chap stick! Please Mom! It's only a dollar!
Look! Headbands! Pllllllllllease Mommy! They're only a dollar!"
Then finally,
(GASP!) "MOM! Look. at. this. SUNGLASSES! How much are they?"
